Include your Android version and what you were doing when the problem happened. Timmen keeps no logs and collects no data, so your description is all we have to go on.

Common answers

• Purchases & refunds — Pro is bought through Google Play, and refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. If a purchase doesn't show up, try "Restore purchase" in Settings first.
• Your data — everything is stored on your phone and included in Android's automatic backup. There is no account to recover or password to reset.
• Feature requests — send them in. What people ask for shapes what gets built next.
